4. I fully assume all risk from UMICOS and release UMICOS from all legal liability. I understand that wearing contact lenses by their nature carry risk of injury and eye infection if lacks of proper care or guidelines are not followed. I understand that the risk of injury can never be totally eliminated.

6. I understand that International shipments may be subjected to import taxes, duties, broker charges and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are of my responsibility.
